This is a family run business since 1985.
The restaurant has gone from strength to strength
because we joint owners Mr Masood and Mr Hoque,
have a policy of dialogue with diners.
' If a meal isn't right for a customer we want them
to tell us, we will sit down and talk to anyone about their order.
We are indian food specialists, if you don't like a dish, we will
cook the dish, that suits you. '
Our Chef Special Curries are not made of curry powder.
We use many different kinds of spices,
most of them made here on the premises.
We only use the best - You will notice the difference.
A lot of our patrons think curry naturally is a hot dish,
but this is widely mistaken. Curry can be graded in different degrees.
You may have it mild, medium, hot or very hot.
In fact, you can have it exactly how you want it,
you only have to ask - It is possible only because we cook on order.
Balti dishes, originally come from the
North-West mountaneous region of India,
where the nomadic Pathani Tribe used the Baltisatan - Wok,
to prepare & eat their uniquely flavoured meals.
Tandoori is an Indian word describing the barrel shaped oven
with clay walls which imparts to our food the delicate flavour and authentic
